Polish: My ideal ticket-editing UI
Instead of having a modal button for adding and editing tickets I would like to have a UX, at least for the details-page, where you click on the field (maybe with a little edit-icon to the right of it) to edit the field and save by hitting enter. Errors (e.g. "this is not an url" is the only one I can foresee) would be shown close to the field as for a normal form.
What I'm really not sure about is how to do this in an accessible way.
We should perhaps make it easy to hide the ticket shenanigans completely. Autocreation is only available if the right setting has been set, we could also make it easy to turn off and hide the ticket field in the frontend.
I would keep it in the API though, I don't like the thought of morphing APIs.
