Video render problem

Hello Unigram team,

I'm facing a serious issue with video playback in the latest Unigram build on Windows 10. All videos appear with heavy distortion (green/magenta glitches, corrupted frames, duplicated overlays) as shown in the attached screenshot.

🔧 System Info:

• Device: HP Laptop (Model: 68SCF)
• CPU: Intel Core i7-2820QM @ 2.30GHz
• GPU: Intel HD Graphics (likely 3000/4000 series)
• RAM: 8 GB
• OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 (Build 19045)
• DirectX Version: 12

✅ Additional Notes:

• The issue happens with all videos, not specific ones.
• Videos play fine in Telegram Desktop and external players (VLC etc).
• No option for disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings.
• Occurs even after updating GPU drivers and reinstalling Unigram.

I believe the issue is related to hardware video decoding/rendering being forced on older Intel GPUs. Please consider adding a software rendering fallback, or an option to disable hardware acceleration.

You could try to open system Settings > Display > Graphics > Add Microsoft Store app, and try to tweak Unigram from there.

I tried your suggestion: I went to Settings > Display > Graphics Added Unigram (Microsoft Store version) Set it to "Power saving" (Intel GPU) and also tried "High performance", the issue still persists with both settings.

All videos still appear glitched with green/magenta distortion and ghosting effects

Я столкнулся с серьезной проблемой при воспроизведении видео в последней сборке Unigram на Windows 10. Все видео отображаются с сильными искажениями (зеленые/пурпурные помехи, поврежденные кадры, дублирующиеся наложения), как показано на прикрепленном снимке экрана.

🔧 Информация о системе:

• Устройство: Ноутбук HP (Модель: 68SCF)
• Процессор: Intel Core i7-2820QM @ 2.30GHz
• Графический процессор: Intel HD Graphics (вероятно, серии 3000/4000)
• Оперативная память: 8 ГБ
• ОС: Windows 10 Pro x64 (сборка 19045).

✅ Дополнительные примечания:

• Проблема возникает со всеми видео, а не с конкретными.

Я считаю, что проблема связана с аппаратным декодированием/рендерингом видео, принудительно применяемым на старых графических процессорах Intel. Пожалуйста, рассмотрите возможность добавления резервного варианта программного рендеринга или опции отключения аппаратного ускорения.

Просто обновите драйверы видеокарты и кодеки, и переустановите версию,и

Или же просто дефрагментацию кластеров жёсткого диска.
