sound doesn't work

Hello, I encountered a problem where voice messages and video messages stopped working, namely the sound was not playing, the video itself was playing, but without sound.

What's your hardware?

For me, audio doesn't work for voice messages, calls, etc. My hardware is a Creative Sound Blaster AE-5. A new installation, etc. Manual assignment did not work =( When I use the official Telegram desktop client, I have audio... I like Unigram much more.
