Add delete group shortcut in profile page for basic groups

Describe the bug The options for deleting a group when being the owner in Unigram are missing. They should be:

  • group info "more options"
  • chat list context meu

Additional context I checked the iOS client and the options are in the expected places

The group can be deleted from Edit group
