Unable to see my camera preview in individual videocalls after switching the camera

Describe the bug My own camera preview in videocalls is working until I switch the camera, for example going from rear to front camer ain my Surface. The person on the other side sees the camera switch properly and doesn't have any issue. This happens only in individual video-calls.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a private videocall with someone;
2. Switch the camera

Additional context Disabling and enabling the camera again fixes the preview not showing anything
