Music Player UI improvement

Would be a miles better experience if I could listen to an audio note or music file with a much better implementation than a weird ribbon bar below pinned messages. Adding recording for reference. First one is from Vanilla TG Android. The Voice Note UI is horrendous everywhere so that's ok. Second is from UG. Atleast the music player could be implemented. And if possible, for voice notes/recordings. Plej.
