Show an error when voice recording can not be engaged

I appear to have the same issue as #1856 and #1855 I tried everything I could think of, enabling/disabling audio devices, restarting a bunch of times, giving the app all permissions etc. But when I click on voice record nothing happens, which is a shame because I installed Unigram precisely so that I could record voice messages without pressing down on the record button.

Could you add an error message so that I can see what the issue is? Windows Voice Recorder works without issues

I don't know how relevant this is, but I have a USB audio interface and interestingly, the regular desktop telegram client also started having issues -- at some point it started only recording audio from the 1st microphone input on the device

There has been recently a fix about voice messages, do you still happen to have this issue?
