Crop and trim a video

What features do you think are necessary on Desktop? I have already opened an issue about quality options

Sorry, I didn't see your issue. But definitely crop, time trimming and quality adjusting. Sometimes sending short videos on desktop is a hassle since I can't reduce the quality of them, so I have to send them to my phone first just to lower the quality or do a quick trimm.

OK, edited your issue. Video quality options are covered by https://github.com/UnigramDev/Unigram/issues/1614 since they were present in the old media sender

Cropping and trimming are available in later versions of the app.
