Update url to support form
Currently, the built-in IDV support request form fails. The code should be upgraded to use https for the support form post url:
https://github.com/Unidata/IDV/search?q=requestSupport.jsp
Even better, HttpFormEntry should be enhanced to handle redirect responses from the server (301, 302, 303, 307, 308).
What do you think, @piqueen314 - want to give it a shot? If not, I can tackle this.

Hey guys, not sure of the code that handles the GET request for www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/resources/bundles.xml after the IDV starts up is hard coded with the http protocol as well. Would you mind checking?
