Get XXXXX.png 404 (Not Found)

GET http://<my_domain>/tmp/saved/XX/XXXXX.png 404 (Not Found)

actualy in my case path need to be http://<my_domain>/graph/tmp/saved/XX/XXXXX.png

I do not know if it is correct post all errors with common reason?
