[Usability improvement] Language selection

Hi, i am using a Xiaomi Redmi3 with the standard English/Chinese-Rom without any other languages. Would be great if you implement a language selection in the options like other apps. e.g. K9-Mail: screenshot_2016-08-12-19-42-23_com fsck k9 Maybe other users will benefit too if his/her system language is ~50% translated in Leafpic and has a mix of his language and english. In that case I would switch to 100% english.

P.S.: My native language is german.

@Theobald93 I think a force english language option is enaught, isn't it?

@dnldsht Not for my situation, because i would choose "german". For the most people a force english would be enough. Not so many people have a english/chinese-only phone like me^^

I can handle the english in your app very good, i just mention the missing of this feature.
