[Suggestions] language parameter for combining with `-updateall`

Is it possible to add additional parameter to set specific language e.g. -lang en-gb to install as English British, -lang th to install as Thai, etc. Because PorFirefoxUpd have language dropdown list to download specific language, but the auto -updateall is not know which language is installed by default (or is it always fixed to en-us ?)

And please also apply to PorThunderbirdUpd too, thanks.
