Error in 1.4.3

I use this tools since many years. Today I get en error at startup:

Error: StartIndex darf nicht kleiner als Null sein. Parametername: startIndex

After that now version is shown in UI Also the download does not work anymore.

Now it works again. Perhaps is was a problem on the servers from google.
