Improve File association user experience

The following changes should be done to improve the User experience with File associations and UTMT:

• When launching UTMT for the first time, it should ask the user via popup whether or not they want to enable file associations. This needs the internal settings to be OFF in order to not clean everything up in case the user doesn't want them.
• When unchecking the "automatically associate .win files" checkbox in the Settings, UTMT should prompt the user via a prompt whether or not they want to remove the current associations as well
• "automatically associate .win files" should be renamed to "automatically associate GameMaker data files" considering UTMT also does them for .unx and .droid as well.

Seconding this. This is really evasive and uncool. Trying to remove the file types for .droid and .win with regedit does not completely remove the file association either.
