Error while loading on latest release

I get this error while loading the data.win file in the latest release of UTMT (0.4.0 Release 1) image Is there any reason why this happens?

Please try again on UndertaleModTool 0.4.0.1

Please send the data file to me for review. I recall seeing this sort of error on a very old mod. I will see if it is correctable and I will send it back to you.

Modded Undertale data.win, the file decided to mess up.

Do you happen to know how it's been modded? If it's been done with tools pre undertalemodTool, then there's a very high chance that it generated an incompatible data.win file which UMT cannot open. (see #855 )

I used U(T)MT. I edited what I presume to be a code file and fucked something up. Never happened before and hasn't happened since.

If this never was able to be reproduced, I assume this can be closed as invalid then? Kinda hard to fix bugs which happened one year ago, with barely any traces.
