Switching room editor tabs while zoomed resets position

Describe the bug

When zooming in on one room editor, then switching tabs to another room and back to the original room that was zoomed in on, the scroll position within the original room seems to be set incorrectly (usually to the top left of the room).

Reproducing steps

1. Open a room in the room editor in any game, zoom in on it a bit (to see the bug the easiest, zoom in on the center of the room, for instance)
2. Open a new room in another tab
3. Go back to the original room's tab, and observe the problem

Setup Details

1. UndertaleModTool version: latest bleeding edge, where the room editor has seen some improvements (although last I checked, this is a pretty old bug).
2. Operating system: Windows
