The code editor control only expands on window resize.

Describe the bug

When you making the window taller, the code editor control also becomes taller. But when you making the window shorter, the control height doesn't also decrease.

Reproducing steps

1. Open the code editor.
2. Change the window size.
3. Return the window size.
