when I extract materials on "PortaBoy+"(version 1.3.8),An error will appear.

That's not the latest version of UTMT. You should try to update to the latest "Bleeding edge". You need "GUI-windows-latest-Debug-isBundled-true-isSingleFile-false.zip" (or "...isSingleFile-true...").
