Navigation from mixed state folders to changed files

In outline view, when a folder has the mixed state circle indicator, clicking the indicator could recursively expand subfolders until the changed files are shown. It should then scroll until the first changed files are visible.

Alternatively, selecting a folder containing changed files could show a list of changed files in the diff preview. Double-clicking one of those files would select it in the outline view, expanding parents as needed.
