Support stashing specific files

  • [ ] Allow selecting multiple files in the staging list.
  • [ ] Add a "stage selected files" command to stage only the selected files.

An option to stash only staged changes might be enough too.

Libgit2 currently only has an option to stage only workspace changes, leaving the index alone.
