Show favicons for remote repositories
As the icon for a remote repository, show the site's favicon. If it's a directory on the same machine, use a folder icon.
Sending a request for "/favicon.ico" doesn't always work.
Potentially better:
- Ask for /index.html
- Look in the header for
<link rel="shortcut icon">or<link rel="icon">
The problem is, sidebar icons are supposed to be B&W now, and I'm inclined to go ahead and follow that.
