Unable to extract Start.dol on Mac Catalina

seeing:

Would there be any other way to extract the Start.dol file from my ISO?

@wjordan213 I have this exact same issue. Did you ever find a way to resolve?

I ended up finding some other installation guide. I did get this working eventually but I have absolutely no recollection of why

I ended up using virtualbox + modern.ie VM and following the windows instructions. In case anyone else encounters this, that was a viable and fully free solution.
