Touch Targets for Multiple Extruders / Increments for the X, Y and Z Movements Too Small

Describe the bug This is not so much a bug as something to take into consideration as the features for multiple extruders are improved upon. The touch targets for selecting different Extruders from the "Control" section are very, very small -- and when placed above the buttons to select increments for the X, Y and Z movements, it becomes difficult to select what you intend. (I know, because this just happened to me -- I had to wait for the MMU3 to cycle through loading and unloading filament from different nozzles while I tried to select an increment for Z movement!)

The size of the touch targets for X, Y and Z movement seemed adequate before the Extruder selection was added; you may want to give some consideration to reworking the Extruder controls when they are displayed.

My Octodash setup has a Hyperpixel 4, which is on the small side, but I think a popular choice for this application.
