show printer status in every screen

I think it would be a great addition to show the current temperature of the hotend and bed in every screen not only on the status screen. One way to do this would be to place the temperatures in the top right corner while in the control menu or the file browser.

I may consider this for a future version of OctoDash. The big problem is just space on these tiny screens. I have to do some mockups in the future :). If you have some spare time to create some mockups with Photoshop or so go ahead, as this will be extremely helpful.
