Loading images freezes/stuck to

Basically I done my hard work and clicked generate xml to export the xml, suddenly it froze

Simply put some prefix like normal but its stuck at 0%

I expect it to export the xml zip package but it freezes

Which version was it on? The version number of the tool this bug was found on. Latest

Application ran from exe or from source?
