which mining pool website should i chose im really confused because i cant seem to find one without a bad reputation which one do you recommend

Probably 2miners or nanopool. HashVault has a ban policy that you can find on their start page, where if you have too many low hashrate miners without hosting your own xmrig-proxy you can get banned.
