Im using VS2022 and when i open the solution it asks to use 4.8 instead of .net 4.5 framework. I a;ready have it installed, any ideas?

Hello, I did the test on my mining platform which has 4 GPUs, but the ETC mining does not start

What does it mean? I've tried UQB,ETC,ETH. Hashrate on UBQ on webpanel is 0, but on ETC it couldn't even start, it was always Starting and couldn't start.
