So looks like it's just a spam of fake miners, if you open up the database in an SQLite DB explorer then you can remove entries using SQL commands. Since it's just a form of DDoS and not some sort of hack then there isn't much one can do, usually one can block the IP addresses but since they are using a large amount of proxies then there isn't much to do. There doesn't really exist any (theoretical) way to validate miners except through passwords/keys and such (which could cause issues) since any information can just be faked.
