You can block the IP, press the ´'+' and then the "Block IP" button. To remove them the easiest would be to open the database with some SQLite DB browser and remove them using SQL.
There are a lot of different workers with different ip addresses, it takes a long time to do it manually

If you can change your "api-endpoint" using something like the "Remote Configuration" then it's possible to introduce something like a password or key for miners to be able to connect.
If only your web panel is getting spammed then you could introduce some sort of key system like I posted here: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/UnamWebPanel/issues/352
