Question about the lack of synchronization between Monero and Hashvault.

Pardon me, I have a query: When I verify my hash and mined XMR on hashvault.pro, it shows 0 hash despite having a balance acquired using my miner. However, the balance persists in the Monero GUI Wallet. Can you clarify the reason for this and propose a solution?

Check to see if the wallet is correct

As @dlsofree said, check that the wallet you have open is the correct one. It should say 0 hash on the pool since it doesn't look like you're currently mining, but there has been a payout by the pool to your wallet ("Total Paid") so it should be in your wallet, since it's not there then likely you have the wrong wallet open.

@dlsofree @UnamSanctam The Monero GUI Wallet, 2miner.com, and the miner's address are identical, except for the addition of .{COMPUTERNAME} at the end of the miner's address during compilation. When inputting the address and 2miner.com, a balance is displayed, but with 0 hashes. Similarly, the GUI wallet also shows a balance of 0.

Since you're not currently mining (I assume) it should show 0 hashes. If you're sure that you have the correct wallet open then try resyncing it, also try a different remote node than the one you're currently using.
