Concern on Mining

Mining doesn't seem to be working; although the miner appears active in both the CMD and the Web Panel, the hash remains at 0. Could this be due to an incorrect configuration in Monero? I've included a screenshot for your reference.

It looks alright but it's possible that you don't have enough cores or RAM to mine RandomX, how much CPU/RAM do you have free? It's also possible that some Windows background process is running but that's not usually for very long.

Do these specifications of 4GB RAM and a 1.2 GHz CPU suffice for mining? Should I initiate and await completion of the Node process for Monero?

It's likely that you (currently) don't have enough resources to mine Monero (the RandomX algorithm). RandomX typically uses around 2.3GB of RAM. I'm not sure how much your node is using.

Is it necessary to start the node and wait for it to finish syncing for mining to operate correctly? I'm hesitant because, as shown in the screenshot, it's disconnected and takes a considerable amount of time when I attempt to start the node and wait for the synchronization process to complete.

No a node is not necessary to mine.
