Herominers do not pay

Hi Unam. Herominers doesn't pay for some reason. I have an expected balance of 2 zepyur. What could be the reason? It's written on their website "If you operate many low hash rate miners from many IPs, you need to use xmrig-proxy. Otherwise, your payment will be disabled". Maybe this is the reason?
