[Feature request] Support SingStar Mic app as input

I've documented the complete app and wrote a proof of concept in python which can be found at https://github.com/kevinvalk/re-singstar-mic.

My opinion is that this would be a cool feature to have in UltraStar to support microphone input from the SingStar Mic app and also use the catalogue and playlist feature as well. This way it can be a little more modern party like.

This is also a request in the performous project (https://github.com/performous/performous/issues/121).
