Filter does not work every time you re-enter the game

If hi-res filter and Lo-res filter are set to linear, they need to be reset every time they enter the game

This seems like it could be caused by some OpenGL errors, as I noticed this spamming every frame in the log, which went away once I toggled the filtering mode.

Granted I also have a bunch of mods active so it could be something else.
