Create a Travel Blocker
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Large amounts of stringing and very noticable z seams
Describe the solution you'd like
Something that I often wish I could do while tweaking the settings for my model is force Cura to take a "detour" when traveling. Sure, there are settings like Combing, Support X/Y Distance, etc..., but in some cases those aren't good enough. I would like to be able to mark an area as an area that should never be crossed. This would be similar to how a Support Blocker attempts to avoid putting supports in a specific area. I think this would often make it easier to reduce stringing, as well as making it easier to customize the position of Z Seams.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It is very new, so I haven't really been able to determine how well it would work in comparison to my suggestion, but the Paint feature of Cura 5.11 may make some of this easier, but I think it would sometimes be easier to create a rectangular shape rather than painting (although the opposite might be true in other cases)

I don't know if this is something that could be done without massive changes to the Cura Engine.
- Is the travel move supposed to go up to the wall of the block, then turn and follow the wall around to some random point in space, and then continue on?
- What happens if the end of the travel move is within the block?
- What happens if the start of the travel move is within the block?
- Consider the effect on print time.
I'll leave this open, but don't hold your breathe. You can try some things like setting the "Avoid Printed Parts when Traveling / Travel Avoid Distance" to a high number like 5.0 or something. Z-hopping can help as well. Dialing in your retractions would be good. I print a lot of PETG and it's always gooey, but as far as stringing goes, I get very little. What I do get is material collecting on the outside of the nozzle, and when it starts to get heavy and move down it touches something and that is when the stringing really starts.
This is with "Avoid printed.parts..." turned on and the Travel Avoid Distance at 7.0.
