Add Custom Nozzle Sizes to Dropdown

Currently the dropdown menu for Nozzle Sizes only has a few pre-filled selections.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome, if we could add custom sizes to that drop down menu, since there are other nozzles available that fit.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered adding the UM2 as a new profile for any unsupported nozzle size and change the nozzle there. This is not a solution, but a bad workaround, that should not be necessary.

It would be nice, if there was a menu for that.
If you open a nozzle file (installation folder and the "variants" sub-folder) and make two changes and do a Save-As you will get the extra nozzles. You may want to store them in your configuration folder in the "variants" sub-folder so they don't get over-written when updating Cura. Someone may see this and take the time to add nozzles into the definition.
I do a lot of triage here and have found it necessary to have a supply of nozzles.
