Alternate Wall Direction option does not follow Z Seam Alignment

Reproduction steps

Turn on Alternate Wall Direction, so one layer will print clockwise, and the next anti clockwise

Actual results

Notice that now, for half of the layers (the anti clockwise ones) the Zseam Alignment is not being followed

Expected results

All the layers should have the Z Seam alignment on the corner of direction as specified, not half of them, while the other half has a somewhat random position

Thanks for the report. I can duplicate the problem. @HellAholic of the Cura team will take a look when he gets a chance.

Moving the Z seam position to the "front right" and enabling "Z seam on vertex" made the problem less messy.
