Printing a model hand (left) (https://www.printables.com/model/185911-guitar-wallmount/files). Tried tree support at 45 degrees, Cura generated Slicing Failed error. Changed Tree Support to 50 degrees with no errors.

Thanks for the report. Without a project file there is nothing that can be done with this. Using my Ender 3 Pro and my settings there is no problem. You can also provide a "Export file for technical support" which will include your cura.log file.
