Multi layer spiral or "vase" mode

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I see no reason why spiral or "vase" mode couldn't be two layers thick, or even more. Imagine a hollow cylinder with wall thickness of two layers. Print the outside circle, move in slightly and print the inner circle, move up one layer and print the next inner circle, move out and print the next outer circle, up for the next, back in again, rinse and repeat.

The same concept can be applied to any solid shape for which you'd like to print only the outer walls.

This might not be quite the same as traditional vase mode in which the Z-height is constantly changing, but it would still be a good feature. Laying layers in one continuous stream is always faster than going back and forth with fill, lifting, retracting, etc.

Thanks
