Define a working directory setting.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

the open/save dialog boxes have different behaviors. When you save a file, the dialog box starts in your $HOME directory (linux)., open can sometimes start in $HOME, or depending on recent_dir, might start there. I un-intentionally save GCODE files in my $HOME, only to find them not where my STL files are located. Now I'm loosing track of which was the "last-best" version. In any use, I need to intentionally re-navigate to where all my work files are located on any open/save process.

Describe the solution you'd like

Defining a CURA_WORKING_DIR environment variable, or a cura setting to define your starting working directory, or even start open/save from the directory where CURA is initially instantiated would all address not having to navigate around so much. In short $HOME is often the wrong place.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As it stands I've stopped using the open file dialog box for opening files, I'm trying to only use dragging and dropping files. This is a abnormal process for me. Unix has always supported environment variables for applications exactly for the purpose of custom managing configuration, like this.

Affected users and/or printers

I've seen several other post in the forums by users frustrated by the open/save behavior. They replies have pawned off the solution as an issue for how the OS behaves. The simple solution isn't depending on the OS, but configuring the application to define where to start.
