Stop scrape at most recent video

So I often delete videos from the hard drive to save space. But if I wanted to update with new videos, it'd download everything missing, that I already deleted.

If I stopped the scrape at the latest content, it'd reduce the number of duplicates. Maybe there's even a way to get rid of duplicates like this altogether. Does anyone know the settings?
