After few multiple failed logins, error message is not longer shown

Browser: Chrome O.S: Windows 10 - 64b Error: When trying to login to a client, after failing to login multiple times, the error message is not longer shown.

The login forms makes the move animation to give extra space for the message but it does not appear. Checking devtool, you can still see the same error message printed each time.

Also, i cannot login. Has this been tested with windows accounts that don't have password? Or you can't login in the same account that you are in? If it's the second thing, shouldn't it display a proper warning message?
