Time-consuming when calculate the transaction fee

Whenever I want to transfer some ULD to another address, it takes a lot of time, after I enter the amount to transfer, the program starts to calculate the transaction fee, takes a long time and CPU usage is very high, while I change the number of fee, it becomes slower.
