Reloading of fit logic using manager gui does not work

What is affected by this bug?

When there is a change in the fitmethods (for example adding a new estimator), reloading the fitlogic using the button in the manager GUI does not implement these changes. Only after a complete restart the changes work.

When does this occur?

Whenever modifying a file in the fitmethods-folder. (not sure if changes in 'fit_logic.py' directly are affected as well.

Where on the platform does it happen?

How do we replicate the issue?

Try to add or modify an estimator and reload the fitlogic with the manager.

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

If I add/modify a new pulsed-method (inside the predefined_methods-folder), reloading the sequence-generator-logic is enough to work with this method. I would expect similar behaviour for the fitlogic.
