Usability request

My student Matt and I were working on trying to install Qudi, but it seems as though it isn't installable as a package (e.g. import qudi) that I can interoperate with our existing experimental packages. Similarly, that makes it very hard to use within an isolated conda env or virtualenv for reproducibility. This is especially true on windows, as we have to use this to run the NI cards. Can this be package be updated so I can install it from a setup.py on all systems? PyPy would be great, but still if I could just locally install that would also be fine.

Hi @crazy4pi314, thanks for your request. Qudi is not yet ready to be released as a package. But we are working on that (there are some things which have to be fixed first). We anticipate that it will be ready within the next 2-3 months.
