Cursor malmovement in confocal
What is affected by this bug?
The movement of the piezostage and the movement of the cursors in confocal. Bug: When moving the cursor in xy it does not always also move the sliders and neither the xy scan cursors in x. Same goes for xz scan. Movement of the cursor in window where cursor is moved is not smooth anymore, but jumps after mouse. In attocube setup while scanning cursor is always moved to upper right corner before end of scan, while starting in lower left corner (this is an different issue of compatibility between attocubes and confocal and not the issue here). Before (sorry I don't know the versions) it always was actually at the set position at end of scan. Now it sometimes updates position of cursor ( and stage) at end of scan to position before starting scan. attocube setup version: SHA-1: 26b3431de31972fa07dbc2ce1885fa01d6c391da (master branch , commit on 23.06.2017)
When does this occur?
On our attocube setup when moving the cursor. On the new cryo setup in lab in 3109 after having changed the percentiles bar lower limit from 0.0 to a higher value.
Where on the platform does it happen?
No error message or warning thrown
How do we replicate the issue?
Closing the gui did not go back to the working form in lab 3109. Restarting doesn't help in attocube lab.
Expected behavior (i.e. solution)
The cursor should have moved smoothly. When moving the cursor in xz it should have moved the cursor in xy in the x direction. When moving any cursor it should have moved the stage, and also update the position sliders in the bottom.

I saw the same behaviour in confocal and it was reported from a user from stuttgart aswell. It was also reproducable in confocal using dummy.
