Implement fit selection in optimizer settings

The user should be able to choose various fit functions for the optimizer process. The depth-scan might be gaussian-peak-with-const-offset, or gaussian-peak-with-linear-offset, or perhaps a dispersion-type curve for some differential measurement. With the new design of the fit selection process, it is now fairly easy to offer this selection.
