support proxy

Description

I want to use http or socks5 proxy to visit google through the extension, But the extension not have proxy setting just like any other plugin, so I need proxy setting in ulauncher. Sometimes downloading plug-ins from github is slow, using a proxy is much better. And let the user choose which plug-ins to use as ulauncher proxy. I found that cerebro (another launcher) have the proxy setting. ulauncher is a good launcher, and support proxy will work even better!
