Apart from comment [here](https://github.com/zulip/zulip/pull/24580#discussion_r1329594839) I think this PR is ready for integration. I have done the manual testing and everything seems to work fine.

@alya I have resolved the merge conflicts. As files in `web/src` folder has been migrated to typescript now I have added a couple of comments where I need some help....
